These BT Store Terms of Use apply when you access, use or visit our site at www.btstore.ca. BT Store has prepared these Terms of Use to explain the terms and conditions you agree to when you use our services. By agreeing to these terms of use, you are entering a legal and binding agreement between yourself and BT Store.
- Updates to Terms of Use.
BT Store reserves the right to update its Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you 30 days prior to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms of Use, you should discontinue use of service prior to the updated Terms of Use. If you use our services after the Terms of Use has been updated, you will be bound to the new Terms of
Use agreement.
2. Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts and Registration.
You can visit, browse, and order on our site without creating a user account. When you sign up for a user account, you agree to: (i) provide true and accurate information about yourself in the registration form, (ii) update said information promptly when it changes. After you have become a registered user, you will acquire a Username. You may not: (i) use a Username of someone else nor try to impersonate another person. You will be responsible in keeping your user account information confidential. BT Store will not be liable for any unauthorized purchases or losses on your account from a result of another person using your user account without your knowledge.
4.Terms of Sale.
To place an order, you must provide us with: (i) your full name with correct and complete shipping address, (ii) your phone number in case we need to contact you with further information, (iii) payment information (credit card number, expiration date and CVV number), (iv) and frame selection.
Once the order has been completed, the delivery time will given. Your order is subject to government inspections, shipping delays and other unforeseeable events. BT Store does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
BT Store offers a 14 day return policy on our frames and sunglasses starting from the day you receive your item. BT Store also offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on frames and sunglasses. We do not provide shipping on returns or exchanges. For further assistance, please contact our store prior to shipping your product.
Frames and sunglasses must be returned in their original unused and unworn condition. Frames and sunglasses must include all accessories, documentations or registrations that were included with it. We will not accept frames or sunglasses that are damaged or are in unsellable conditions.
5. Third Party Sites.
The BT Store website may contain links to third party sites. You can share frames information through Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, and LinkedIn. We do not own nor operate these third party sites and cannot review any information made available through them. Our Terms of Use do not apply to these third party sites.
6. Intellectual Property Rights.
The BT Store always write its own content, but sometimes we do quote various sources over the internet. The BT Store contains pictures, photos and posters that are assumed to be in public domain internet resources. They are copyrighted by their respective owners and BT Store does not claim any copyright.
